Order & Production Process

• After Receiving the RFQ (Request for Quotation):
• Quotation & Technical Discussion – Our sales and technical team will review your requirements/CAD drawings and share detailed pricing, specifications, and customization options.
• R&D & Prototype Phase – If customization is needed, our R&D team will develop and validate the prototype based on your requirements.
• Approval & Mass Production – Once the prototype is approved, mass production for each SKU will begin.
• Lead Time – Standard mass production lead time is approximately 2 months after R&D approval and performance validation.
• Note: For PCB board, PID controller, and heating element customization, an additional 2 months will be required for mass production.
• Delivery & Installation – Machines are shipped from India with optional on-site installation and training.
